Tyra Banks to appear in Gossip Girl

The America’s Top Model host will appear on one episode of Gossip Girl‘s upcoming third season.

Tyra Banks will play Ursula Nyquist, a larger-than-life actress who is known to be a troublemaking diva. Serena (played by Blake Lively) will be in charge of handling Urusula at the premiere of the actress’ latest movie.

This episode will air October 5 at 9 PM EST.

Tyra Banks was not the only star who appeared in Gossip Girl season three. Earlier last month, Hilary Duff also joined the show as movie star Olivia Burke for a multi-episode story arc.
