Tiger Woods’ Nike Ad Provoked Elin Nordegren To Divorce Him

The latest TV advertisement of Tiger Woods featuring the voice of his late father was said to provoked Elin Nordegren’s decision to divorce her husband, according to reports.

Friends of Tiger Woods’ estranged wife said that Nordegren refused to watch the ‘golfing superstar’ make his comeback at the U.S. Masters tournament. She is said to be angry over the black and white TV commercial for Nike that shows a silent Woods listening to the voice of his father.

U.S. TV show Entertainment Tonight has reported that the five-year marriage is ‘definitely over’.

Woods hoped to save his marriage after he was linked to 12 women but apparently this is a battle that he has lost.

    I think that, contrary to what many people believed and the reports from the media, Elin Nordegren never intended to stay with Tiger Woods after his savage betrayal. Elin is a woman with moral principles, dignity and self respect and she would never stay with a man she does not respect and trust, anymore. Tiger knew this, but he had hoped Elin would change her mind. Elin only agreed to put the divorce on hold for six months, so Tiger could get rehab and return to his career. The six months are almost up and Elin will be getting the divorce soon. I wish Elin and her precious children the best.
