“The Bachelorette” Jen Schefft gets married

Jen Schefft, who appeared in the third season of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette”, got married to Joe Waterman at the Private Dining Rooms of Spiaggia in Chicago on Friday night. The wedding ceremony was a “traditional yet modern” Windy City and was celebrated with only close friends and family.

After searching for love in the reality TV romance, she met Joe on a blind date in February 2008. Waterman, a fellow Chicagoan, proposed to Schefft last September.

“We really get each other,” Jen said last year in an interview with People. “I guess it’s true things move fast when you meet the right person.”

Schefft first appeared in “The Bachelor” where she was chosen by Andrew Firestone. After they broke up, she appeared in “The Bachelorette” where she rejected the proposal of Jerry Ferris.
