A rep confirmed that the Canadian singer “was having trouble breathing,” causing a little drama on the set of the crime series, where Bieber will be making a second appearance in an episode to be shown next month. Panic quickly turned into relief, though, as Bieber’s doctor did not see a need to keep the 16-year-old pop star at the Providence St. Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank, California. A source also told Life and Style that Bieber “stayed at the hospital about 30 minutes and was discharged.”

Bieber’s rep said the singer is “fine now and back on set.” That is certainly good news considering that Bieber has been tapped as one of the presenters at the 68th Golden Globe Awards on Sunday.

EW reported that CBS has confirmed that Bieber will be appearing on CSI in an episode that would air on February 17. According to the CBS announcement, Bieber will reprise his role as troubled teenager Jason McCann in the “Targets of Obsession” episode. EW said Bieber is now shooting the episode.

Bieber first appeared on CSI as McCann in the show’s Season 11 premiere, which aired on September 23, 2010. In the upcoming episode, Bieber’s character is reportedly tipped off by CSI regular Nick that he is in danger. The CSI reappearance should be welcome news to Bieber’s numerous fans, who had hoped that a special “Glee” episode would be dedicated to the “Baby” singer.

Aside from the upcoming CSI return, Bieber will also be seen next month in the 3D biopic “Never Say Never,” which hits theaters on February 11.

“Glee” creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy shot down speculations that the Fox musical comedy would soon feature a Bieber-centric episode, saying that the Canadian teenager’s catalogue is not yet big enough to merit a tribute. In an interview with blogger Perez Hilton, Murphy said that “Glee is not doing a Justin Bieber tribute episode.” Murphy explained that tribute episodes “are reserved for artists with a big catalogue, ala Madonna and Britney, etc.”

Bieber fans need not fret, though, as the “Baby” singer will still be featured in an upcoming episode where Sam, the character played by Chord Overstreet, sings one of the Biebs’ songs as he tries to win back Quinn, played by Dianna Agron. Not only will Overstreet be singing a Bieber song, but he will also be made up to appear like the 16-year-old phenom, bangs and all.

In an interview with The Sun, Bieber admitted that he was looking for a girlfriend and that he would like to go out with a younger version of Cole and Perry. “If I was a few years older they are the kind of girls I’d like to date. I want a younger version of Cheryl and Katy – a mixture of the two would be hot,” the 16-year-old pop star reportedly told the British tabloid.

Bieber, who is reportedly batting for Cole to appear with him on “Glee,” said that he would like to learn a thing or two about dating girls from Girls Aloud singer Cole, 27, and Perry, 26. “Maybe they could coach me and tell me how to work out which ones are the good ones. That would be pretty awesome.”

Bieber, who was reportedly recently seen kissing rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez, talks about his fans, saying that he has no problem having mostly female fans. “For younger guys, it’s like [they think] they’re not cool if they come to my concert. That’ll [change], I think; it’ll happen, maybe when I’m 18. But meanwhile all their girlfriends are coming to watch me,” he tells Vanity Fair’s Lisa Robinson.

As for those who do not appreciate his meteoric rise to stardom, Bieber says that he cannot please everyone. “Of course, I think that people are just waiting for that time when I make a mistake and they’re gonna jump on it….There’s gonna be haters,” he says.

And for those wondering if Bieber knows the reason why girls scream when they see him, this is what the 16-year-old from Canada has to say. “Not trying to be arrogant, but if I walked down the street and a girl saw me, she might take a look back because maybe I’m good-looking, right?”

Earlier, Justin  kept refused to comment  about their relationship. However he mentioned during a radio interview that he thought Selena was an “amazing person.”

According to PopEater, Bieber was peacefully shopping at the Fairview Mall in Kitchener, Ontario, on December 26 until some fans noticed that the 16-year-old “Baby” singer was inside the establishment. The Biebs’ peaceful shopping soon came to an end as a swarm of young female fans started flocking to a Sunglass Hut shop where the singer was shopping. The fans were reportedly pushing each other against the glass panels of the store to see Bieber, forcing the establishment’s manager to seek police’s help to control the crowd and prevent any untoward incident.

When police arrived, Bieber was rushed out of the mall to prevent people from getting hurt. The incident came several days after Bieber played Santa by giving away toys to sick kids at the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Bieber teamed up with radio station Q100 to collect toys from fans for the children while he was in Georgia for a concert tour just before Christmas.

Bieber confirmed on Sunday that he is recording a song with country biggies Rascal Flatts for his next record. “I love @RascalFlatts and Im honored that they are making music with me,” the 16-year-old pop star said in a tweet. Bieber is best known for his hip-hop and R&B connections, what with friends like Usher and Diddy, although he has been open about his love for country music.

Earlier, Rascal Flatts vocalist Gary LeVox said in an interview with WSIX that Bieber asked them to record a duet with him. “[Justin] asked us to do a duet with him on his next record,” LeVox said. “It’s actually a really good song! The kid is really talented. He plays five or six different instruments really well.”

Bieber has yet to reveal the title of the song or when his new record is coming out, although he said last week that he has started recording some songs for a coming album.

In a message posted on his Twitter page, Bieber apologized to fans for the botched TV appearance but said that it was the right thing to do after what happened to stunt performer Samuel Koch, who injured his back and spinal column as he tried to jump over an approaching car using a custom-built stilt shoes.

“We all don’t think it is right to continue. Please pray for Samuel Koch & his family as we wait and hope for his health and safety,” Bieber’s post said. “Germany I’m sorry we couldn’t perform tonight but some things are more important than putting on a show. We will be back I promise. Thank u.”

Bieber was supposed to perform on the show “Wetten, dass…?,” which means “Wanna Bet” in English.
