Spencer Pratt to become “King Spencer Pratt”

The Hills star is legally changing his name to “King Spencer Pratt”.

“I have decided that if there is a Queen of England and Prince William, we need to have a King of America,” Spencer said in a statement on Tuesday. “And I have nominated myself for that title.”

Pratt has not yet filed legal papers, but plans to do so this week.

On the other hand, Pratt thinks Heidi Montag also deserves a royal title. In an interview with The Hills: The Aftershow, Pratt referred to Montag as “the new, modern-day 2010 Michael Jackson”.

“Michael Jackson’s in heaven. The Holy Spirit now has extra Michael Jackson juice, so boom! For all we know, Heidi gets possessed with some of that Michael Jackson divine spirit,” Spencer said.
