Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr to tie the knot

Rumors before regarding engagement already sparked  between Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom.  However the two managed to avoid the issue.

Now, after three years of being  girlfriend and boyfriend,  Orlando Bloom has finally decided to take their relationship into the next level.

Orlando’s  rep made the confirmation to Entertainment Tonight  that the actor has proposed to Miranda, stating “Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are getting married.”

In addition to that,  Miranda’s rep Carlii Lyon talked about how the model’s family responded to the engagement.

Carlii revealed, “The entire Kerr family is thrilled with the news. It is a very exciting time for both of them.”

Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr had evaded multiple engagement rumors throughout their relationship.

But during an interview with Page Six back in 2008, Miranda revealed that marriage eventually “will happen.” She claimed, “I’ve always wanted kids, so… someday… eventually, yes, it will happen,” adding “My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and vegetable patch. When this is all over, that’s where I’ll be.”
