Miranda Cosgrove, Artist of the Week

Actress/singer Miranda Cosgrove  proved that she really  can sing specially when she made it to the Top 10 of Billboard Hot 200 with her first album “Sparks Fly”.

Leading its way out across the United States on April 27 of this year, the album settled at No. 8 on the U.S. albums chart with 36,000 sold units in its first.

In addition to that, the first single “Kissin U” which is produced by Dr. Luke ranked at No. 54 on Hot 100.

Miranda Cosgrove has also made a name on TV’s Highest Earning Teens list this year.

She was able to zip the runner-up position by earning $180,000 in every episode in the Nickelodeon TV series,peaking such Disney stars as Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez.

Recently, star playing Carly Shay was informed to announce a winner at the 19th Annual MTV Movie Awards which is slated to take place June 6 at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, California.

Together with her on the presenters line-up are Jessica Biel, Vanessa Hudgens, Zac Efron, Bradley Cooper, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Jonah Hill, Russell Brand, P. Diddy and more.
