Miley Cyrus sued over “slant-eye” photo
A woman named Lucie J. Kim has filed a class-action lawsuit against Miley Cyrus over her controversial “slant-eyed” photo.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the woman is suing Miley over the picture — for an amount that could add up to over $4 billion.
Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County.
Is she okay? She’s asking an insane amount of money over a ‘goofy’ picture! This lawsuit is completely ridiculous.
On Monday, the Hannah Montana star addressed the infamous photo again on her blog, saying,” I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone.”

that freakin' woman! if anyone should be offended, i think it should be miley's friend. ayt? and what the ef! $4 billion is a lot of money! just for that picture??? how shallow can she be. Get a life.

This country is truly on a downward spiral. When a lawsuit such as this is even allowed to be filed, well, it's a disgrace to America. The woman filing the suit and the lawyer who accepted it should be kicked in the face with golf cleats then deported from the country with no chance of ever getting back in again. Their citizenship should be revoked. As a matter of fact, the entire country should take similar pictures and mail them all to this woman in one big package. The lawyer should be disbarred. When she brought this suit up, it should have been immediately been dropped and the woman and put on a ship and sent out of here. The soullessness of America is unbelievable.
