Madonna sued by neighbor for being noisy

It seems pop icon Madonna is in danger of being booted out of her Central Park West apartment. Her neighbor, Karen George, recently filed a complaint against the singer for being “too loud”. In the lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, George claims that :

“Madonna and on or more of her invited guests repeatedly dance and train to unreasonably high-decibel, amplified music causing noise and vibration to pour through the walls, ceilings and radiators”

George who lives above Madonna’s seventh-floor apartment also stated in the lawsuit that she “has been forced to endure blaring music, stomping and shaking walls for approximately one and a half to three hours each day” and that the incessant stomping around should get the singer evicted.

The New York Post reported that the board claims they’ve already told Madonna she could be evicted if she doesn’t tone down her dance sessions. The paper wasn’t able to get a comment from Madonna’s spokespeople.
