Lindsay Lohan’s Overwhelming Legal Troubles

Lindsay Lohan spent a day in court for a deposition as she continues to try and wade her way through her numerous legal troubles.

She was joined by her mother, Dina, as she arrived at the interview after skipping out on the two previously scheduled sessions. Lohan is currently being sued by her three male passengers claiming that they have been held hostage while Lohan cruised around the streets before being arrested.

In other reports, Radar Online stated that Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan’s attorney, met with Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers and Judge Revel to talk about a possible probation violation.

“I don’t know yet if Lindsay has indeed violated probation. If she hasn’t violated probation, I will be very happy for her and send her on her way,” said Meyers about LiLo’s alcohol course requirements.

“However, if she has in fact violated the terms of her probation, I will be asking the judge for a significant jail time,” she added.
