Katie Holmes’ Kennedy Miniseries Gets Criticized
A latest TV miniseries about America’s famous Kennedy family which was starred by Katie Holmes received negative comments from a former presidential aid, who accuses the script is based on events which “never happened”.
Holmes will play the role as Jackie Kennedy, the wife of murdered U.S. President John F. Kennedy, in the approaching drama show which will launch on America’s History Channel next year.
Previous employees of the Kennedy family are mad after seeing early versions of the screenplay. They insisted that many key scenes are unreal. John F. Kennedy’s special counsel and speechwriter in the White House, Ted Sorensen says, “Every single conversation with the president in the Oval Office or elsewhere in which I, according to the script, participated, never happened.”
Meanwhile, author of JFK: Reckless Youth, Nigel Hamilton adds: “Frankly, it’s a travesty. Why feed this kind of garbage on something called the History Channel?” Greg Kinnear will play JFK in the project.
