Karissa Shannon Threatens to Sue Spencer Pratt

Spencer Pratt is in trouble again after Playboy model Karissa Shannon threatened to sue “The Hills” star over a sex tape that the reality show villain allegedly stole from her.

In a letter coursed through her lawyer, Hayes F. Michel, Shannon demanded that Pratt return the tape, which “contains private materials.” According to a report, the tape features Shannon with her boyfriend, Sam Jones.

Earlier, Pratt suggested that he would distribute the sex tape, but later reconsidered his plan. “It had been reported in the press that you were attempting to publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit filmed footage of Ms. Shannon. According to press reports, you are no longer threatening to do that…Were you to follow through with your initial threat, Ms. Shannon would file a lawsuit to enjoin the sale and/or distribution and seek monetary damages from you,” Michel said in the letter.

Shannon is also rumored to have made a sex tape with Pratt’s ex-wife Heidi Montag. Pratt claimed that he has copies of the tape, which he threatened to release.
