Joaquin Phoenix’s weird interview with David Letterman
If you missed the Late Show with David Letterman Wednesday night, featuring an interview with Joaquin Phoenix, you missed the best or maybe worst interview on national television.
The gum-chewing Phoenix, wearing a pair of dark shades seemed mystified as he answered Letterman’s questions in monosyllables.
He was really weird that evening and the two-segment interview fueled speculations that the 34-year-old actor/rapper was high on drugs.
Phoenix, who has long struggled with drug abuse problems, has been making embarrassing tabloid headlines for weeks with his foolish rap performances.
