Jesse James and Sandra Bullock’s House For Sale

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have put their southern California home for sale after their scandal-plagued split.

The former couple have put their Sunset Beach property on the market with the rumored asking price to range from $6 – 9.5 million.

According to Radar Online, the realtor trying to sell the sprawling abode “refused to say whether the property would be vacated during the process and would not comment on whether it was Bullock or James who put it up for sale.”

Various reports said that Sandra is busy moving into a Victorian home in the Garden District of New Orleans.
