Jennifer Lopez : I am Lola?
Jennifer Lopez recently launched her new single entitled “Fresh out the
Oven” under a new name, Lola. This was accompanied by the release of a website “Who
is Lola?”, and a twitter account message ““Lola here. What’s my deal? Well, wouldn’t
you like to know…”.
It seems this has been an ongoing trend with US artists, started by Beyonce when she
released her album “I am Sasha Fierce” followed by country singer Garth Brooks who
has an alter ego named Chris Gaines.
However, Amanda Ghost, president of Epic Records was quick to clear that Lola is not
an alter ego, saying “Lola is a fun character just for this song.”
Lopez collaborated with rapper Pitbull for this dance single.
