“The Hills” star Heidi Montag performed a lip synchronization with the song called “Body Language” at the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant on Sunday.

On the other not, the Miss Universe 2009 title was awarded to Ms. Vanezuela Stefania Fernandez. Venezuela has won more National crowns than any other country with five Miss Universe titles, five Miss World’s and four Miss International crowns.
