Hayden and Milo split over “lifestyle conflict�

Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia have called it quits!

The “Heroes� co-stars, who began dating in late 2007, broke up before Valentine’s Day, according to Us magazine.

“It was a lifestyle conflict,” a source close to the couple told the magazine. “They were in very different places.”

“She’s young,” the source said of 19-year-old Hayden. “She likes to go out in the Hollywood scene and that’s not his style.”

Milo, 31, is said to be concentrating on developing his production company, Divide Pictures.

There were reports that Hayden was spotted with 22-year-old Jesse McCartney at Crown Bar in Los Angeles earlier this week.

According to Radar Online, a witness saw the young actress sitting on Jesse’s lap while he kissed her neck. Then she got up and did some crazy sexy dance on his lap.

So it’s definitely over. Goodbye Milo!
