Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Anne Peniche’s 3-some tape surfaced online

Another celebrity (or should I say celebrities?) “naked” tape has hit the web. The  stars in the said video were “Grey’s Anatomy” hunk Eric “Dr. McSteamy” Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and a former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche.

The clip was first posted at Gawker’s gossip site, Defamer.com. It’s an edited version of the original 12-minute video.

TMZ has learned that there’s already a legal war raging over the Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart naked threesome tape. The legal rep of the couple said he will sue anyone who publishes the video.

Kari Ann tells TMZ that the video was shot more than two years ago in her apartment. She also added that there was absolutely no sex involved. – We very much believe you Kari Ann!

The former Miss Oregon Teen USA also said that the video was in her computer but was stolen by her roommate after the 2 completed the TV Show “Celebrity Rehab”.
