David Cook’s brother dies at age 36

David Cook‘s brother, Adam Cook, died of brain cancer on early Sunday morning at age 36. Adam struggled with the disease for 11 long years.

At the 12th Annual Race for Hope 5K run/walk in Washington, D.C., where David Cook served as the honorary chairman of this event, he made the announcement of his brother’s death.

“I actually lost my brother yesterday, to a brain tumor,” David said to the crowd in a video posted in YouTube.
