Cindy Crawford’s husband sued for harassment

Cindy Crawford‘s husband, Rande Gerber, is being sued for sexual harassment by two females who used to worked as waitresses at the Moonstone Lounge located in the Hard Rock hotel in San Diego, California.

In the lawsuit filed last March in San Diego Couny Superior Court, the two former employees claimed that they were fired from the restaurant owned by Gerber’s company for refusing to give in to the advances of the other managers and Gerber himself.

One of the women claimed that during one night in 2008, Gerber attempted to kiss her three times then put his hand up her dress between her legs.

Gerber’s rep told TMZ.com,

“These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless. This lawsuit has no merit.”
