Charlie Sheen’s Jail Time Postponed

Charlie Sheen‘s jail time and work duty at a community theater was put on hold.

The actor was expected to start a 30-day sentence behind bars on Monday, June 7, but reports suggest there was a problem regarding his plea deal with prosecutors.

Pitken County District Attorney Arnold Mordkin reveals that they need more time than is available for them to complete some of the finer points. A new hearing is set on July 12 in an Aspen court to resolve the actor’s domestic violence case.

Sheen was arrested after attacking wife Brooke Mueller at the couple’s ski retreat on December 25, 2009.
