Bullock is divorcing James, also revealed adopting a baby.

Award winning actress Sandra Bullock has already filed for divorce from her husband, Jesse James,  and has adopted a baby boy as a single parent.

“Yes, I have filed for divorce,” the 45-year-old Oscar-winning actress said in an interview with People magazine,”I’m sad and I am scared.” she added.

Bullock and James, 41, started the adoption process four years ago, and brought 3 1/2-month-old Louis Bardo Bullock home in January but they chose to keep the news to themselves until after the Academy Awards.

The actress said that despite all the issues, she is relishing her latest maternal status.

“You wake up, you feed, you burp, you play, you do laundry,” she said. “I’m still in that stage where I’m just amazed with him and at life.”

“All I said when I met him was, ‘Oh, there you are.’ It was like he had always been a part of our lives.”

She also admitted that the procedure in adopting a child was not easy.

After five years of marriage, the couple separated in March due to cheating issues.

Sandra confesses that her main focus is on Louis. She does not expect Jesse to be a parent since she adopted her new baby as a single parent.
