Brooke Mueller Hospitalized

Brooke Mueller was rushed in a Hospital in Los Angeles and put in an ICU because of high fever (105 degrees) from her impacted wisdom-tooth infection. She had an oral surgery earlier in the week.

“Brooke is in the hospital ICU related to the surgery for her impacted wisdom tooth,” Brooke’s lawyer Yale Galanter tells PEOPLE. “They are trying to get the infection and fever under control. The infection has spread.”

32-year-old Mueller has been married to actor Charlie Sheen who was arrested last December related to domestic violence.

According to TMZ, Mueller should be released from the hospital today and her lawyer expects the hearing on the protective order in an Aspen court on Friday will still pursue.
