Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie won over tabloid claims

Reportedly,  Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have accepted unexposed amount of damages on Thursday after suing a British tabloid newspaper which  claimed that they were separating.

In January, the News of the World has reporteda story that the couple planned to part and had come in to terms on the custody of their six children and the division of their assets estimated by the newspaper to be 205 million pounds ($310 million).

However the couple said the reports were false and demanded a retraction of the story and at the same time an apology.

Meanwhile, the newspaper  agreed to publish their apology and to comply to order to pay the couple costs and damages. Angelina and Brad plan to donate the money  to their charity the Jolie-Pitt Foundation.
