Actor Dennis Hopper Died at 74

Dennis Hopper has lost his battle with prostate cancer at the age 74.

The actor had recently been suffering from prostrate cancer and going through a difficult divorce from his wife Victoria Duffy. He died at his Venice home in California. His family was by his side when he passed away.

Hopper is best known for writing, directing, and starring in the 1969 classic movie ‘Easy Rider‘ and for his roles in ‘Blue Velvet‘ and ‘Hoosiers.’

He won an award at the Cannes Fil Festival and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay as co-writer for Easy Rider. He also received recognition for his work in Blue Velvet and Hoosiers films.
